Accommodation – Cancellations Policy
If your booking is cancelled:
50% cancellation fee will be applied 90 – 30 days prior to arrival
100% cancellation fee will be applied, within 30 days prior to arrival
If the venue can be resold for the same date and amount, a 20% admin fee will remain.
Rescheduling of a booking is by mutual agreement. Fees will apply if the original dates were not able to be resold.
All refund requests must be in writing.
